    Requires three coats to cover evenly and it's not brown or red, it's a brownish-wine with more cool undertones than warm. Will not be repurchasing as it's too plain for me.

    i got this as a gift. i would not pick it out myself or repurchase but it is a pretty shade. not brown at all, more of a wine brick red. i actually do reach for it a lot in the colder months.

    I am south indian by ethnicity (brown skin, black hair, brown eyes) and this color looks totally amazing on me. I just love it. Not a hint of berry in this dark red-brown.

    This is a nice fall color. For me it was a little more brick than I wanted. However, it is a nice color if you are looking for a red that is deeper than classic. It is a creme, no shimmer at all.
