a very great product, my skin loves it. It feels very soft, light but hydrating, like silk, but if you want some extra, a bit of lifting..etc this won't be enough. I'll be soon 25 so the next purchase will be some more complex cream (preventing first lines, give radiance etc.) But for hydrating, dry skin, you don't drink enough water I think it will be a good choice.

This stuff makes my skin really soft, and I like the weird consistency of it.
Not really sure why I don't use it anymore...possibly price

I have used this moisturizer before a fair few times, often trying something new inbetween but always coming back to this. It has a wonderful fresh, water-like texture (I'm reviewing the cream-gel) which melts into you skin in an instant. A very good moisturiser and light enough to feel like you have nothing on your skin - leaves you glowing and moisturised, not heavy/greasy. I do admit that the fragrance is quite strong but that doesnt bother me because it vanishes once on your skin for a few minutes. It is quite on the pricey side but I havent found anything else as good as this - that is light, refreshing and moisturizing, I wouldn't recommend it for people who have very dry skin though.

i love this moisturize. i was using a crappy one before and i needed a good moisturizer. its a gel cream so i have no complaints about that but i took off one lippie because it seems to have to kinda slip off my face towards the end of the the day but other than that its awsome and i would reccomend this!

this product was alright.. the texture of it wasn't very cream like.. it felt more like a water base moisturizer.. because my skin is oily the "cream" felt like it slid of my face.. the good thing about this was i didn't break out from it at all. most moisturizers gives me black heads/whiteheads, and small pimples. so kudos!

This is for gel-creme. I have combination but non-problematic skin. It is very comfortable, smells great (clean and fresh) and you need just a tiny amount for whole face and neck. I'm not sure if I like the packaging - I prefer tubes or bottles with pump... Anyway, it's an ok moisturizer, especialy in the begining of use, but not on a long term.

Overall, I like this stuff and think that I will keep buying. Its about 37.00 usd which isn't GREAT but its also not terribly expensive! I love th jar and you don't even need a dime size amount for your whole face so it lasts forever! I have sensitive skin and didn't even break out!

This is for the cream WITHOUT SPF (Thank you Lancome! I have to use a special SPF). I've only been using this product for a few days, but I can say my skin seems to have improved. I've been bouncing around moisturizers for some time because they all seem to be too greasy or not enough moisture. My skin is dehydrated (from retin a micro) versus dry. It does tingle a bit on application but immediately subsides (that may be the lactic acid, an exfoliant). What I like about this is its immediate absorption - like my skin is drinking it in. My makeup doesn't run or settle in my pores/lines as with other mositurizers. Time will tell whether it breaks me out. It is kind of pricey for the ingredients, but the texture may be worth it. UPDATE: YUCK< YUCK. It made me break out! continued >>

I bought this in the pump bottle, which is SO much more convenient than the jar. I actually don't have oily skin, it's on the dry side of normal, but I always feel like heavier moisturizers are clogging my skin and I feel kind of gross and greasy. This is nice and cool and light, but it still moisturizes well. It's a little expensive, but if you're going to spend money on something, moisturizer should be it. I bought two bottles and will get more when I run out. Buy this if you're looking for something that won't feel heavy and mask-like. Good product overall.

Well, I have been tempted to buy this product since it first came out. The money part didn't bother me that much it was the fragrance in it. I was horrified that the fragrance would irritate my skin. Finally, I went to the Lancome counter and bought a jar, along with the cleanser Clairifiance. The lady was very sweet to me(By the way, if you live in the Nashville area and want to buy a Lancome product, go to the Dillards counter at Cool Springs, they are much nicer there than at Macy's!). She put a little on my face, and I'll admit, it kind of burned a little, but after that, my skin was as soft as a baby's bottom! Since then the moisturizer hasn't burned me at all. The texture of it is kinda like a gel/cream. The fragrance is to die for! It smells so clean. When you put it on your skin it soaks in like water. I love it! It's perfect for me. I do have sensitive/normal/combo skin and this moisturizer has really made my skin soft. The adds don't lie, it does hydrate all day, and a little goes a long way. Many people say that Lancome and Loreal are the exact same products. Well I have used both product lines and I must say that Loreal is nothing compared to Lancome. I haven't found any moisterizer like this in the drugstore or any other counter. Hydra Complete by Estee Lauder is the closest to this product and I hated it! I really like it, so try it. If your counter dosen't have any samples of it then go to Sephora and have them make you a little sample.

I love this moisturizer! It works so well for combo skin that is flaky or dry in areas. I use this in the winter because it's the only thing that calms down the dry parts of my face without making me break out! The cream is a thick, gel-like consistency; it's not really oily like a cream would be (in fact, it's oil-free). While Aqua-Fusion is expensive, it really works. I use it with Mousse Clarte in the colder months and see big results!

I LOVE this moisturizer, I use the Aqua Fusion Gel-Cream, but I understand there is also lotion and cream...which confused me at first. They all work the same except they have different textures, the lotion and gel-cream are OIL-FREE and the cream one is NOT...so if anyone experienced break outs, it's because they were using Aqua Fusion Cream for really dry skin.
Anyway, I use benzoyl peroxide on my face and as a result it dries my skin out somewhat, but I still get pimples if I don't use oil-free moiturizer. All the oil-free moisturizers I have been using just don't moisturize my skin enough and get rid of the flakes. THIS one is a miracle, it moisturizes my skin perfectly...and I did not feel any burning like the other reviews suggested. I use this along with MAC green gel cleanser and Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Toner...a dream. :)
Oh and the scent of this product reminds me of freshly cut grass, am I the only one? Lol. As a result it reminds me of summer. I like it. :) continued >>

i was very excited upon purchasing this product for my normal/combo skin. the sales girl really sold it to me along with other products totalling AUD$270(!) i had my doubts from very first application as it just didn't feel 'right'.... i continued using for 2weeks and then started to break out and my face felt all tingly/sore every time i put it on. i read up on it on this site and saw all the negative reviews and realised that i was allergic to the ALCOHOL in this product. Needless to say this was a VERY expensive mistake that i shall not be repeating. Huge shame as i really wanted to like this cream. i feel really ripped off and now have to fork out for another moisturiser to replace this one. Grrrrr.

I usually use the Aqua Fusion lotion during the year, but I got the cream during the winter when my skin was more dry. It's also oil-free, but for some reason, the cream makes my face feel much more greasier after application than the lotion does.

This did burn a bit on application, but settled almost immediately. I didn't irritate my skin throughout the day and majorly reduced the gross flakes on my chin- a big feat during a PA winter! So far no breakouts. It's a bit pricey for me, even from the duty-free shop, but it really does the trick. My makeup doesn't look as good over this, so I'll save this for REALLY dry skin days. So not great with makeup, but still gets an A from me for being oil-free and moisturizing so well. UPDATE: Knocking it down to two lippies, since I found I never used it. The strong scent, sting, bad look under makeup, and lack of other benefits (like glycolic acid, etc) made me reach for superior products.

This left a burning sensation on my skin like it did some other reviewers. I also got breakouts.

Both my husband and I absolutely LOVE this cream. In fact, I prefer this over its SPF version. The non-SPF cream just absorbs and disappears into my skin, leaving it soft and fresh. I love the brisk scent as well. Smells like I just got out of the shower. On my 2nd or 3rd jar and will definitely repurchase! :D
UPDATE: my skin has since changed and this actually clog my pores. even the fresh scent i once loved irritates my skin now, giving me a minor reaction every once in a while. my hubby still uses it though and it stills works fine for him, so only 1 lippie is knocked off :D i won't repurchase for my part.

I got this cream in a GWP. I'm a big fan of good hydration as I use treatment products which require a moisturiser followup every night.
Although I enjoy the scent of other lancome products - including my boyfriend's lancome shaving cream, I don't like the smell of this cream at all. It seems very artificial. I'm so used to using unscented/naturally scented products that it's a bit much for me. It sort of like comparing the smell of fresh fruit to musk-sticks.
I wore it on days that I didn't leave the house (as it has no SPF) to test it out, and although I have other intensive moisturising creams, after a few hours this one left my skin looking much more oily than the others.
Although I do admit the packaging is fairly nice and it feels fairly light when you apply but I just can't get over the smell.
