I used this only one day before it was stolen :(

I likes the smell, but it didn't really smell like frosting though. It wasn't that moisturizing either. It was more like a regular lipstick, and not a good one at that. When I think of a balm or base, something more theraputic than this comes to mind. But hey,. maybe it's just me. I liked the container though.

This lip frosting is advertised as lipstick base with moisturizers to keep lips smooth and soft. It is a white sparkly tube that applies a sparkly barely frosty balm to your lips. I did not notice any special moisturizing effect or noticed any more or less chapping with this product. I did notice that it made deeper shades of lipstick go on lighter than without it and also added a slight sparkle/shimmer to lipstick. I found this to be an average product with no special qualities so I would not purchase it again.
