    This burned my lips as well (not tingled, but burned and irritated them immediately). Very chalky and does not go on smooth at all. Do not buy this!

    I only use this to delivery color from my glimmers, glimpse, shadow, aofc, etc. Otherwise, I do not find it moisturizing. I always use another lip product underneath so as not to dry my lips out...
