    Oh, this gives a gorgeous, full effect, and the brush is genius. However, it has an unreasonable fallout issue, even with Cils Booster XL. It is still one of my favorites.

    I love this mascara! At first it seems clumpy. But if you run the brush it gets rid of clumps and gives you the actual fan effect. It is quite tough to get off. But coconut oil will do the trick.
