I like this shampoo because it's natural, but it doesn't make my hair greasy like other "natural" shampoos I've tried. Also it has a lovely herbal/lemon scent and it really does leave my hair soft (and also a little more shiny I think). It's gentle and I feel good about putting this into my hair.
