This is the perfect balance between pink and peach. Not so much blue in it that it is too cool for my skin tone, and not so much yellow as to make nails look "dirty". It is a semi-sheer, so it takes a little more care to apply. But, you'll be rewarded because in 2 coats it is almost opaque. Bought a back-up.
Sweet Heart breaks my heart! I so badly wanted this to work because I love the colour. However, I can't get my nails to look like the colour in the bottle. The formula is thin, streaky and milky. Even three coats is not enough for full coverage. I just don't have the patience for this. Sadly, it's a dud for OPI, which is too bad, because I usually can rely on them for amazing quality.
I bought this because I wanted something nude coloured for my nails. Well, I didn't look closely enough, because this is more of a pinky white creamy colour.
With my yellow toned hands, it looks a little off but it is still wearable. I wouldn't say it is the most flattering or gross either. It has a young, fresh. mod vibe to it.
I need three coats for 100% opaque nails or else anything less is a streaky mess.
I like it and will use it until it finishes, but I wouldn't repurchase. I am sure there are better colours for my skintone.

I love this nail polish. It's my favorite nude color and it's my go to polish if I don't know what color I feel like that day. It's really nice to apply with the typical OPI formulation and brush, the only negative thing I have to say about it is that it does take a few coats to ensure it looks even.

I like this nailpolish. It is a nice nude pink. Very nude. I love this color and I like OPI nailpolish, the packaging is excellent
I really love the colour, and it looks great on my fair skin. But it does go on streaky with the first two coats. And it also does a cracking thing at the ends. I'll be searching for another light colour when this runs out.

Sweetheart? More like Stab Me In The Heart for being a rip off!
For shame, OPI, for shame. First AND second coats streaky? Really? Y'all can do so much better. Quality Control skipped over this particular item. For a brand trusted for easy-on-the-first-coat application, Sweetheart is not up to snuff.

I really like this polish. It's a nice soft pink which really compliments my skin tone. I get people asking me what i'm wearing when I have sweet heart on. The only problem I have with this is it does a weird cracking thing at the end of my nails which I haven't noticed with any other nail polish before. I really like the way that it applies, the big OPI brush makes it so easy. It does require 2-3 coats for it to be opaque but thats fine with me. This is my most commonly worn nail polish. Will be repurchasing when I run out.
I agree with other reviewers, this polish goes on streaky and takes at least 2-3 coats to make it opaque.
I have very fair skin and I find this colour too light for me -- it blends too much with my skin tone and it looks kind of weird. I imagine with a darker skin tone it would look pretty, but I need something a bit darker. For reference, the foundation I use is NC15 by MAC.
I love thus color sooo much! That being said, it comes with some baggage. First, it took three coats to make it fully opaque. Second it took forever to dry! The first coat took about fifteen minutes to dry and I had to redo them about 3 times! So overall I will not be buying this product again, but I hope another brand will carry a similar color becuase it is absolutely lovely!
