I bought this because it is Broad Spectrum and has SPF30. But it is so dry, not moisture at all. So I only can use it as a lip sunblock, not a lip balm. I need to use another moisturing lip balm...

This stuff dries out my lips. I have to wear it over my basic lip balms, which I don't usually care to. Think about this as a sunblock more than a lip balm, you may find better results.
