I love this mascara. This is in many ways better than more expansive mascaras. It doesn't flake or clump. Two coats are all you need.

I should know better than to purchase this at a 'discounted price store'... but I suspect it's just not that good to begin with. Flakes like crazy. Don't waste your money!
