    This is the worst liner that I have ever used. I got this in a gift set. The color doesn't even stay. It just went away. Don't waste you $ on this. Use fluidline instead.

    i've been through 3 of these. i can't tell tons of a difference between this in covergirl, it goes on easy, but I usually have to reapply mid-day. that's normal for any waterline pencil though!
