    Whats so great about deep truth! Its just a dull navy blue that requires A LOT of packing to get the shimmer to show up and even then, you can only see it up close. Well everyone needs a dark navy...

    absolutely wonderful. i use this as a liner on the bottom and it makes my eyes look more awake then the usual black. i have dark brown eyes, and i think that blues are a good color against brown...

    This is a veluxe pearl eyeshadow, and a bright shimmery blue. In my opinion it would go well with any skintone. I thought it would be too cool for my skintone but it isn't. I'm an NC35 in MAC...

    Blues aren't usually the best with my Asian skintone, because it only enhances the yellow in our skintones, and in DEEP TRUTH's case, it definetely did. This was actually one of my first shadows...

    If only it looked on my lids the way it does in the pot... The stunning jewel-, sapphire-blue becomes a dull, unflattering navy on my lids due to my yellow undertones.
