    I like this pencil - I use it in brown black for my dark brows. I apply in light strokes and then brush out with the brush attatched to the lid...makes my eyebrows look nice and neat and filled in....

    I don't get the high reviews for this. At most it's an okay pencil. My N.Y.C brow pencil does more for me than this does though. Why would I spend the $5 on this when I can get a 99cent version...
