    Absolutely one of the best eyeliners out there. stays put and does not smear easily. I actually stocked up on this product. LOVE it!

    Love this! Does not smudge. Not too keen on brush that come with liner. I use Laura Mericer Smokey Eye Liner Brush to get a perfect line everytime. I have purchased the navy, eggplant and teal....
