    It does not go on your water line at all! I tried making a top line with it but it just chipped off.. It is like 99 cents but thats not even worth this. Don't try it.. just take my word for it.

    I was trying to line my waterline with this, and I could not get any white color on it - instead, I had specks of the liner stuck on my bottom lashes, which was annoying. I wouldn't recommend this...

    I agree with most of the people here. This eyeliner does nothing for you...the color isn't very pigmented and it tucks on your delicate eye tissue. Not good. I definately do not recommend this.

    Horrible horrible horrible. This eyeliner doesnt even come onto my eye because its so dry and just impossible to apply. What a waste of money.
