    This pencil is cheap and it shows during application - it's not smooth at all but rather cakey. The only thing it has going for it is the color.

    I like this, color and pigmentation is great-got mine at Target for 94 cents. The only down side (for me, anyway) is that when I resharpen it, the tip tends to fall off. Sort of like crappy pencils...

    I really like this white eyeliner for my lower lash line. It works really well. of coarse it doesn't stay on really long. of coarse no pencil eyeliner really stays on me that long :)

    Mine isn't hard at all, it's actually really smooth. It doesn't stay on my waterline for a long time, but no eyeliner does. I'm really satisfied especially since it was only a dollar.
