    I would NEVER buy this product again to deflate my eye baggage. I have tiny red bumps under my eyes, and my my under eye area is bright red. NEVER AGAIN!

    I have terrible problems with puffiness under the eyes- I finally got around to trying this today and MIRACLE! It really works!
