    Nice idea, but the product is too hard and stiff to start with, and it quickly dries out, no matter what you do. Try Laura Mercier Eye Basics, which are made the way eyeshadow bases should be.

    This is a great product. If your lids tend to be dark -- it will lighten them up and provide a perfect base for eyeshadow. Even without shadow -- it brightens the eye.
