    I am fair and freckled, so chose the "Taupe" pencil. This pencil is REALLY ultra thin (I was afraid it would break!) and the color "Taupe" is almost invisible, even on me.

    Perhaps this is a good brow pencil (I use brow powder), but it is not a very good eyeliner. I bought the Pale Taupe, and it is too light to show up at all as an eyeliner - and I have fair skin.
