so very disappointed! I like elf e/s, LOVE their lip shine, but the e/l sucks. Hard as graphite. Bummer. I may not even try to swap it; might just write with it, as that's about all it's good for IMO.

Not bad! its very affordable and it does bring out my eyes. however if you yawn or rub your eyes then expect panda eyes it is cheap though so if you have a very tight budget go for it!
