Flat Eyeliner Pencil - London

This is a really pretty color. A nice black with green shimmer to it. I really like it for the color alone.

Interesting, evening shimmery greenish black. Looks nice on lids. Easy to apply, love the flat pencil concept. I use this whenever I want more of a rock-star look to my dark brown eyes.
