Great lip balm. I use it every night and this is my 4th bottles. I've tried several brands, like Perfrect Potion, Body Shop, HABA. And I finally love KP Night Lip Balm.

It just like lip mask. You can put it on lips only at night. Every morning, wrap it out with tissue

It would solve your lips decorticate problem.
