I over-plucked my eyebrows in my teens and they were never that thick to begin with. This baby gives me my brows back and the black/brown shade is perfect for my very dark brows. The fact that the pencil is so thin means my brows look very natural. It is quite expensive but I can't find anything else that works so well so I can't complain too much.
I used this one in black brown for my eyebrows (I am Asian with black eyebrow hairs). It didn't have any red undertone and did its job fine as a brow pencil.
My main gripe is that there is so little product for the price. I even told the Clinique sales associate at Boots that I wasn't sure about paying this much for the brows if there is little product. She just gave me a judgey look and told me to just use finer and very short strokes. However, even after doing that, I used mine up in 2.5 months.
Even though I liked this pencil, I do not want to spend $15-20 every other month on eyebrow pencils, mainly because I have found other drugstore brands (Maybelline define a brow, in particular, which has exact same applicator) that last just as long and work as well, but at a much lower price.

After using this brow pencil for awhile I found this was a higher priced version, yet more mediocre version of Maybelline's eyebrow pencil. I had both in hand and Clinique's went reddish on me so ended up being a bigger fail.
For comparison: Clinique put me in soft brown which definitely had a reddish tinge. Maybelline I had blonde which was a neutral taupe. Me an LLL NC 25 with brown hair.
Both pencils were about equivalent size, hardness, and tip size. I even compared them brow to brow. And they applied about the same. Maybelline was just cheaper and for the size appropriately so. Lasting power was the same between products surprisingly.
I actually preferred the neutralness of the Maybelline one if I had to choose one.

Love this. I use the 'soft brown' colour and it matches my brows (which are slightly darker than my light to medium brown hair) perfectly. There is no hint of orange in it, and it lasts all day as well.

This is an absolutely amazing product!
I bought this for about 19 dollars, which is kind of pricy. But it was definitely worth it.

I have honey-blonde hair and the "#02 soft Brown" is the perfect color for me! I have had a hard time finding the right color, often they are too red-ish or to dark. This color is perfect. It's a couple of shades darker than my haircolor, but it's still not too dark. It's a grey-ish brown color, not too brown or too grey.
My eyebrows are very light, almost non-existing, if I dont fill them in. With this brownpencil + a little bit of brown eyeshadow my eyebrows look defined, yet natural.
I absolutely love this product. I would recommend it to everyone.

POSITIVE
+ Great lasting-power - I've worn it for 11 hours and it did'nt fade at all!
+ Very thin "pen" that makes it really easy to line and fill in brows
+ Does'nt flake
+ Great color-range
+ Buildable color
NEGATIVE
- Not so good at shaping brows, more for filling them in. It does'nt bother me, but it could bother others
- Not alot of product
- It's kind of pricy, even though I think it was worth it

Ok, I gotta be honest. My maid of honor, who works for Clinique, insisted that I use this in the auburn shade for my wedding. I was really hesitant, as I've had bad experiences with auburn brow pencils looking a bit too intense. So for years, I'd just been using a blonde shade of brow powder. However, once I used this I was in love. It's very thin and offers great precision. Best of all- if you have red hair, this will match your coloring without leaving you looking like a clown.
I purchased deep brown for eyebrows a couple months ago and I really liked how the brow pencil let me control the strokes on my eyebrows. My eyebrows looked incredible and natural (when applied correctly).
Cons- I ran out of the product in ONE MONTH, about $16 bucks, although you have control on the amount of product you want to apply you have to be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when youre turning the stick whenever you want to apply to eyebrows because once you turn it, there is NO turning back.
Pros-Natural looking brows, you have control unlike other eyebrow pencils, gels or powders, there is a color that will suit your hair and face.
Pros: Great colour selection
Fair price
LOVE the fact that it is a twist rather than sharpen
The cool undertones really are easy to blend
Con: The tip can be a bit finer for more precise brow detailing
Other than the single con I really recommend this brow pencil :)
The product functions okay if your eyebrows need to be filled in. If you died your hair and your eyebrows are light enough they might match them but for darker brunnettes trying to match their eyebrows its mediocre. My eyebrows are dark and Scandinavian and I have copper hair . I brought this in auburn 05 to have a more natural look and while its okay it's just not what I was hoping for. Other reviewers have complained about the packaging and they are right. The pen needs to be twisted up and will only go up a certain amount so there is some unused product left over the tip can also break while your using it which is annoying and the cap on the bottom falls off easily.
I've had massive troubles finding a brow product that is not expensive, is the right colour, and doesn't run out quickly. I liked my Mac eyebrow crayon which is the same packaging as this (Spiked). I liked the colour but it was very soft so ran out quite quickly. I replaced it recently with Benefit Brow Pencil - I've only had it about 2 weeks but it's already almost half gone as it's so soft I have to sharpen it every day.
I bought this yesterday and already I'm really pleased. The colour is great - nice and ashy (soft brown) as I always have a problem that the browns are too red. It looks nice and natural. The actual product is harder than the Mac one, so you get nice precise lines that don't smudge all over the place and are easy to control. I was able to do both brows and not have to do any corrections. I would buy this again, but I hope I don't have to for quite a while!
