    This is excellent for CO washing. It cleans and conditions my hair. The smell is okay. I use VO5 conditioners to CO wash. I find that this and the Vanilla Mint clean the most effectively.

    A very good conditioner - I use it along with the corresponding shampoo about once or twice a week. It works just as well and doesn't leave my hair dandruffy or oily or anything nasty like that!
