    Contrast is a dark blue with some shimmer and a slight purple undertone. I always reach for Laura Mercier's Deep Night instead (a matte navy that is deeper in tone).

    Contrast isn't easy to work with, it takes a lot to get the blueness and/or shimmer to show up. Honestly, I don't have time for this.
