All time favourite red.

This is a nice warm toned red that looks okay with my skin tone. I liked the color but unfortunately it stained my nails when I removed it.

This is a classic red nail polish that goes on very smoothly. It almost covers in one layer but I like to use two. This naipolish is orange based and it's slightly to orange for my likings, it does not go very well with my skintone. The quality is great but I prefer a blue based red.

I like the red color of this nail polish, makes my complexion brighter. Lasts long enough without peeling.

LOVE. This polish is just perfect. Gorgeous, high-gloss cherry red. In fact, it perfectly matched the maraschino cherries in my drink the other night! It also lasts much longer than most polishes do on me, without chipping.

I agree it looks a little flat in in-doors light, but I think it only happens in white light, if it makes sense. In yellowish light I like it better. On sunlight, though, it's magic. My fingertips appear to be transluscent, because this red appears to be lit from within! Like I have elf-fingers, more light than flesh, that lets the sun pass and barely filtering it.

I have long and wide fingernails, so I wear this only with my nails cut as short as I almost draw blood. I have a great holiday combination for longer nails, though. This New Year' Eve I did a French-type mani with BAR all over and OPI's "Golden Rules" on tips (pale golden).

With SV Clear base coat, 2 coats of BAR and SV Top coat, this polish wears like iron. Also, the application is super-easy. For some reason I can control the brush so well that I do not paint outside the nail. I am SO impressed! I believe I will love this from May to September on my toes, as well. I will definitely repurchase, but in Greece (Sephora) this costs 15 Euro (19 USD!!!) so I'll try for it on-line. It is simply amazing and I will look no more for my perfect red.

Big Apple Red is my new go-to red. I absolutely love it! Having never been a huge fan of reds before, I bought this after having a pedicure done with another OPI red called The Thrill Of Brazil which I loved so much that I decided to buy a bottle of it. However, my local OPI shop did not have The Thrill Of Brazil in stock so I picked up Big Apple Red as I thought it was the closest match. I am sooo glad I bought it! It is a shiny, crisp, true red that does not lean towards either orange or blue, making it universally flattering. It is perfect in two coats, but one could get away with only using one coat if they were in a hurry. It is easy to apply, very shiny without topcoat and dries very quickly. I would rate this 5 out of 5 and would reccommend it to EVERYONE!

Big Apple Red is the best clean, bright red i have found. it is my go-to for glamour. the formula leaves nothing to be desired--it's got great opacity and perfect viscosity, and it isn't streaky. it wears well in my experience. i'd say it's on the warm side of red but it isn't a red-orange shade by any stretch.

Big Apple Red! It's not an orangey-red, and not a blue-red either. Just a perfect, true red color. Goes well with light and cool skin tones. One of my faves!

I never wear red nail polish bc I always think it looks weird on my skin but my sister always wear red and it looks great on her so I decided to buy opi big apple red. I actually love this colour. I agree with alot of other people...it looks great in the sun but dull indoors but I still love it. Will definitely buy it again :):)

Great formula, no streaks. Color is fab, great bright, cheery red.

I'm on the fence with this one i really wanted a classic red and thought this would be perfect. But now looking at it on my nails I'm a bit ho hum about it, the colour is beautiful in sunlight and i cant stop looking at it but indoors it seems just boring, dull and flat. I do love the formula non streaky and opaque in one coat. Wouldn't buy again as i do not think i would run out and i want to try others maybe vodka and caviar or thrill of Brazil.

This red is so cute, the perfect 50's screen siren. I just feel so glamorous wearing it. Like all OPI formulas, it's no streaky and quick to dry!

Great colour, it's a bright red, and it reminds me of the lipstick on Marilyn Monroe. It has a lovely creme finish and it is one of the OPI polishes I own that is more resistant to chips. Wore it for about 1 week and I didn't really need to repaint my nails as I'm not that fussy.

Big Apple Red is definitely a great red! It's a cream finish, truly a bright clear/crisp/clean red, that isn't too light, nor too deep. It's perfectly named. This is a shade that for me, is a spring/summer red. Applies like a dream, gives great coverage and wears well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 lippies is because it's ... red. It's not unique, but i adore the shade and while I don't pull it out often, when I do, I'm never disappointed with it. If you're looking for a mindless-goes-with-all-red, this is it. This is one of those perfect red shades that I can see anyone being able to wear!

I tried this color on once before and it looked orange on my hands, but it is probably my skin tone. I prefer other cooler reds like OPI Red. I had to give this one away :(

This is the perfect red nail color. Absolutely apple red as it is so appropriately named. I only needed 1.5 to 2 coats for full opacity and it dried quickly with my Seche Vite. It is pretty close to Essie's Really Red, but I prefer BAR just because it is less "gel-like." I feel like this is the red you wear if you want to feel like the classic 50s style nail color.

Perfect classic red. great wearability, opaque in one coat with a deeper color achieved in 2 coats. All you can ask!
This is one of the only color I like to have my toes and nails matching with.Looks great with nude peep toes.

my HG red. was my first ever OPI nailpolish. fabulous color, love the pro wide brush, and the dry time isn't bad.. my fav higher end brand polish..

My favorite classic red color. It just looks so good! At times, in certain lighting, it looks like a pinkish orange color, which I think is so pretty! But really, this is a classic red. Plus, it's the wonderful OPI formula and brush. Goes on easy, dries well, and a good amount of staying power. Love it!
