    Rule is dark orange, and anything orange can't be bad, right? I like it, but don't reach for it as often as my other oranges. It goes well with Orange and Snappy, and even Chrome Yellow.

    Rule is a definite favorite of mine. Simple muted matte pumpkin orange. Makes green and brown eyes pop. Especially flattering on darker skin tones. It even works well as a blush.
