    I don't often have puffiness under the eyes so I can't comment on the de-puffing powers of this eye cream. I do find it to be fine in terms of hydration - it's not the most hydrating I've used but...

    Does not plump up the skin or the fine lines under the eyes. Pills under makeup and on its own. Not very hydrating.
