This has the exact same ingredients as the Neutrogena, but is runnier and claims to have a SPF of 60 v. Neutrogena's 55.
No streaking, no whiteness. It doesn't feel as dry as the Neutrogena, though. Sometimes with the chemical sunscreens I get a little sheen on top, like an extra something that doesn't sink in but isn't oiliness. I get it with this, too, but it's easily covered with makeup.
No breakouts that I've noticed, and cheap enough to use liberally.

Just like the Neutrogena sheer water formula but it costs about 50 percent less.

This product is incredibly similar to the Neutrogena version except that is a bit more runny and not quite a dry to the touch. What I love about it is that it is fragrance free, so I'm Walgreens doesn't change the formula! Great for wearing under mu.
