I really liked the Honey and Milk one so I decided to give this one a try. It is refreshing because of the ingredients, which I do like. However, I find myself reapplying it often, with that said, it does not last long and when applying it on already dry lips, it doesn't seem to hydrate it much. Don't plan on repurchasing this product because it didn't benefit me much.
I really like this product. It glides on smoothly and has a refreshing mint scent. Very beneficial after exfoliating the lips. I use this as a moisturizing protectant base prior to applying one of my lipsticks (mentioned in another review).
The name is perfect for this . It is refreshing, my lips are sore because of a cold . I picked this up yesterday at the drugstore , along with cold medicine . The mint was very soothing. Buying it again .
This isn't bad. a good on the go lip balm. But I far prefer my peppermint burt's bees lip balm - the cooling effect is far stronger, and the texture is slightly thicker/less slippery so I don't need to apply as frequently as with this. But, it' not bad for the price and nice to keep in your purse.
I was hoping I would like this one more but I don't. I like that it doesn't have a strong minty taste, and it moisturizes okay I guess. But that's it really. There's other minty lip balms that smell better and probably work better than this one. Won't repurchase. I do enjoy other nivea balms though so will continue to repurchase other scents.
This lip balm is great! I love the minty tingle and be way it makes my lips feel. When the tingle subsides the balm feels smooth and creamy on my lips.
It's just as moisturizing as my favourite and HG lip balm Nivea's Pure & Natural: Milk & Honey, but with an added tingle.
This lip balm feels so good! It's so creamy! It just makes me feel safe. Nivea makes the best lip balms and after trying every one from the Pure & Natural line I can say that they're all great.
Will I repurchase? Probably. I'm to alternate between Milk & Honey and Mint & Minerals as my ultimate lip balms.
UPDATE: September 15th 2012
I've been using this lip balm for quite a while and I've noticed that my lips absorb it a lot faster then the Milk & Honey one. I have to apply this one much more frequently.
And I've noticed sometimes the lip balm leaves behind this grainy white film. It's weird. I don't know why it's doing that, but it bothers me.
This was supposed to be a nice lip balm, but it's not as moisturizing as the miraculous Milk & Honey lip balm. The feeling is great, but I miss Milk & Honey's moisture and lack of white film, so I won't be repurchasing Mint & Minerals. continued >>
I am a huge fan of Nivea's Kiss of Moisture and Kiss of Smoothness and I thought that this would be a good one to try. I purchased it on sale with coupons and after a year of using it, I still can't justify the purchase. Although the balm is refreshing and slightly cooling when first applied, the feeling is soon gone. After, the balm sits on your lips like wax and is really dense feeling. It didn't feel very moisturizing or softening on my lips at all. When all of the product is absorbed (about 1-2 hours), a nasty white film is left on top of my lips. I wish the formula was more smooth and less of a hard wax. I won't be repurchasing this in the near future. I suggest the Nivea Milk & Honey or the Kiss of Moisture instead of this one. continued >>

It's a nice enough lip balm, but definitely not moisturising enough. My main issue with this product was the white film it would leave around my lips. This is the only lip balm to do that so I won't be repurchasing.
I absolutely love this product! I have tried everything from blistex, chapstick, burts bee, etc etc etc. Nivea Mint & Mineral Lip Balm takes the cake, so to speak! It goes on super smooth, smells nice, the spearmint tingle to it is just right (not too powerful and not too weak). The color of the product, although not very important to me, is also nice.
I will continue to buy this, although I have to say that I've read some really good reviews on the Nivea Essentials Lip Balm and I may try that out of curiosity too! All in all, Nivea makes great lip balms! continued >>
