This is my new favorite lip balm. I've had to tend to my crazily chapped lips since sixth grade, and their needs are particular. Very few products have kept the chappiness at bay for a sufficient period of time. Once I swore off petroleum twenty years ago, it was tough finding a replacement. Most balms have been either too thin or too liquidy -- and too ineffective. Burt's Bees did nothing, as did pure shea butter and dozens of other brands. Un-Petroleum came close -- my previous HG was actually their woefully short-lived Buzz Lip Honey, which I'd only recently finally run out of.

Several disappointments later, I found Get Real. Perfect consistency, perfectly effective. If only it were tinted. I could live without the spearmint flavor; will try a different one if I ever find it again.
