CQ - Smooth Color Eyeshadow in Night Moods (301)

I use #127 Raven. I dont use it for eyeshadow, but as my eyeliner; creating the dramatic smokey eye. I apply it with a tiny slanted eye brush & slightly damp so it has staying power. Works excellent!
