Best lip plumper out there....abit pricey, yes.....but worth every penny!!! Glides beautifully overtop a lipstick...or wear it on its own as a gloss. Not too sticky/tacky...just a slight tingle as...

It is a lovely lip serum without any residue. Since it is absorbed instantly, lips are ready for the next layer of whatever lip product one wishes to apply. I find it not providing enough moisture...
