This is a cleansing milk that you apply to the skin with a cotton ball and then rinse off. I am getting ready to purchase my third tube of this product. It does a great job of removing all of my makeup and is super gentle on my rosacea. I do have adult acne and it's never caused any clogged pores. The 7 ounce tube lasts quite awhile and the product works just as great in the summer as the winter. I never have any tightness after rinsing the product and would guess that just about any skin type could use it. I alternate this cleanser with my Phyt's Mousse Faciale. I LOVE this line and would recommend their products to anyone.
Edit - Forgot to mention that this product line is organic and no parabens.
