Toning Mist

I have oily skin, and this does not do much at all to get the extra oil, dirt and makeup off my face. You spray it on and it's difficult to use b/c you're supposed to avoid your eyes. How do I...

the packaging on this line is nice. frosted green glass. but this is just smelly plant water that you spray on. evian is better because it doesn't leave a plant oil film.

This was a nice, refreshing spray, and it smelled nice, but I wasn't sure what it was supposed to do.
