This color is fabulous. It is a dark golden bronze and looks amazing with warm skintones and brown eyes. Like most mineral powders you do have some fallout on your cheeks during application and the shadow performs best when applied over a primer. Alima products are fantastic and fairly inexpensive. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a greatbronzy shade to help achieve a smoky eye look.

I am working with a sample of this and it's gorgeous. It's somewhat similar to MAC's Sumptious Olive but maybe a hint more gold; it's between a green-khaki and a gold/bronze; absolutely beautiful in the crease or below dark liner on the lower lid. I'm definitely warm toned and am currently using a mix of Alima's G3 and W3 matte foundations with the amber concealer; I'm a MAC NC30 with hazel-green eyes. I am surprised at the silky smoothness and blendability of these shadows. It's quite impressive; reminds me of MAC's original pigment formulas (like Vanilla) - so easy to use and blend well. The lasting power is quite good with primed eyelids; I wouldn't dream of using a mineral eyeshadow without a primer; but the performance was all day using one. I plan on getting a full size of this, Chai, and a lot of the browns and who knows how many I may end up loving!

This is the very first Alima eyeshadow that I purchased from the line (I have eight now, yikes!). I originally received this as a free sample, and no wonder this is one of their best selling eyeshadows! It is a neutral, but the color is so pretty, it can't really go wrong on a warm skintone (I'm a G5). It is described as a brown on the website, and although it is in the brown family, it contains lots of gold. I was rather surpised it was actually described as such after I started playing with it. It looks to me that it contains more shimmer than Alima's other shimmer shadows, but when it sets on they eyelid after a minute or so, it calms down. So no need to worry about looking like a drag queen when going out in the daytime!
