    I agree 100% with the last 2 reviewers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$. Sucks! Doesn't stay on vanishes in the waterline within a minute of applying.

    this is the WORST eye pencil i've ever used. I'm glad it was a freebie from Tarte's website. I'd never pay a penny for this. I like to line my bottom waterline, and this doesn't apply well at all....

    I'm very surprised by the low ratings! I like it a lot. The liner is pointed and small enough to line eyes precisely. You don't have to sharpen which is a plus point again. Its a little pricey...
