Tinted Moisturizer -Tarte Cosmetics -Amazonian Clay BB Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Sunscreen

on 12/9/2018 1:10:00 PM

I thought this was a good tinted moisturizer and used it for over a year, mostly because almost everything breaks out my skin and this didn't seem to, plus it has sunscreen in it. The color I used was close enough to my skin tone for me to think that it wasn't noticeable. The thing that bugged me about it was that it transferred easily to clothing, which is sort of a pet peeve, and it's sparkly. If you don't like sparkly don't buy this. It always looked like I was wearing makeup when I went into the sun, and it's sort of difficult to blend. I bought a brush for that purpose but I couldn't get it quite right - it looks heavy on my skin.

Palettes -Tarte Cosmetics -Clay Play Face Shaping Palette

This is a good pallete over all. I received this in my sister swap group. It does have a color scheme you have seen in other palletes. BUT I do not think the other ones can top the over all buttery feeling of these shadows. This is a great overall gift and being that I was gifted this I would buy it just because the quality is over awesome. Very easy to blend and build able.

Mascara -Tarte Cosmetics -Lights Camera Lashes

This is one of my favorite mascaras of all time. I'm not crazy about the packaging, but I can look past that. I love the spoolie as I'm not a fan of plastic ones. It does a nice job of lengthening with some volume. This is the mascara I tend to use less for everyday looks and more for special occasions, but one coat can look fairly natural. I try to purchase when it's on sale - Ulta has had it for $10 and I've also seen it for$11. Can be a little clumpy at first and not a mascara where I can do a "quick swipe" and have it look good. I have to work a bit with this one, but I find that it's worth it.

Foundations -Tarte Cosmetics -Shape Tape Hydrating Foundation

on 12/7/2018 2:10:00 AM

i got this foundation for $23 during ulta’s fall sale and i have to say i love it. my 2019 resolution is to stop buying foundation and finish my collection, as well as trying to go foundation free. (i can already but im just trying to use up my stock to justify my wasted $). back to this, i wear shade light neutral and it fits me perfectly, im told im a light golden undertone and to buy neutral if unavailable. idk. the times ive worn this, im told my skin looks smooth, i never seem to get that compliment with other complexion products. this seems to be a high medium coverage product and ot blends out very well and even i checked that i would buy it again bc it is a really great formula and is def worth to try out

Concealers -Tarte Cosmetics -Shape Tape Contour Concealer

on 12/3/2018 2:33:00 PM

I tried a sample of shape tape in the shade light, which I find a good match for my under eye area, but just a little light to use on my face, and I am nc20. I absolutely love how long lasting this is, and how full coverage this is. The only downside is that you can only get this through tarte’s website in Canada, and you need to spend so much to eat free shipping. Otherwise, I would have actually bought the full size.
