i bought this in sand, itīs a nice colour but the texture is heavy and once you put it on, it looks nice and corrects imperfections but after 3 or 4 hours of use it looks oily and pores look noticeable. I donīt like it very much. I prefer cs revlon combination/oily or lasting performance by max factor. also rimmel lasting finish is much better and stays all day or at least 8hours. I am 48 with combination skin.

This is very good value for money. It is a super-pigmented foundation. I only need the tinyest amount to cover problem areas. It's very good covering scars and and pigmented spots, but not very good with dry patches or smoothing out you skin.
I have to use a setting powder with this otherwise it looks too fake and it will melt off.
Also the tube is a bit messy, everytime after opening there is loads of product in the lid.
But still alltogether a great product.

my first opinion about this foundation is that it has an amazing full coverage...i have terrible damaged skin with acne scars, large pores, acne and terribile oily skin and this foundation covers perfectly everything ,it gave me flawless skin but only in the first half of hour...after an half of hours it simply comes of ,it sink's into my pores and fine lines and it's extremly transferable..if you lay your head on a white or coloured pillow it will come off and transfer easily, even if you kiss with you'r bf you will colour his nose very nicely...lol...if u stay in the sun it's just melting down from you're face and oxidez fast, that's strange because it says it has spf 35 it should be strong enough to heat...so after a few hours of wearing this foundation ,even if you didn't do nothing ,neither sleeping or sitting in the sun, you're face will look dirty ,like a mask, caked on,and you have to wash it down and reaply it to make you're skin again flawless with this foundation...another important thing for you to know :DO NOT wear the foundation alone on you're face because you will look dead ,like a zombie, especially if you wear the NUDE tone because it has very yellowish undertone..wear it with a blush or something....i simply hate the lack of tones,ONLY 5 TONES !!!,it s just very hard to find the right suitable for you...i have medium skin, and the most light one its too light for me and the one i have ,the NUDE tone,it's too yellowish....buy this foundation if you have normal skin ,if you have oily skin you better avoid it...what i liked about this foundation is that it doesnt give's you breakouts and thats a big plus...so my overall rating will be 3 stars with indulgence
btw sorry for my english im not a native speaker i hope you understanded something

Dermablend by Vichy is a nearly full coverage foundation that's easy to blend into the skin for a flawless finish. I'm not sure whether this foundation had shade matching properties or what, but my purchased shade 25 Nude was a tad dark in the tube and blended seamlessly into my NC25 skin. 25 Nude is a perfect colour for my olive-toned Asian skin, and has no ashy pink undertones (thank goodness).
This foundation provides buildable, natural-looking coverage. Difficult to make cakey unless you have dry patches/ultra dry skin. This also doubles as a good under-eye concealer and can be easily used on blemishes with a small brush. This has a great light feeling on the skin and is not nearly as thick as Revlon ColorStay. This product did not oxidize (turn orange) on my skin. Very creamy and even finish. I apply this with my fingers and prefer it that way vs. MAC 190 foundation brush, which used too much product. Apply this to one area of the face at a time as it sets quickly. Super pigmented...still amazed as how Vichy made it so full coverage and sheer-feeling at the same time.
Packaging is a plastic tube. Would prefer a pump for the aspect of hygiene, but not a dealbreaker. Easy to control product amount and to get the very last bits out at the end. Contains 30mL and the price is right at $30 CDN. I purchased this at Shopper's.
This product wears very well, given that it does have heavier coverage. Significant lasting power from morning until night. You will not have the same looking finish from application until removal, but it does wear down very evenly, unlike other foundations that wear patchily. Will definitely need a setting powder as this has the tendency to start looking a little shiny around 4 hours in (I like a matte finish). However, that was to my expectation.
Can't say enough good things. Converting to this permanently after using ColorStay for 2 years.
EDIT: I've started to use this more as a concealer, not all over the face. Still just as good. Just noting that the coverage may be too heavy/cakey for all-over use.

This product is definitly a product I would buy again.
The packaging looks a little cheap but compare to ones like estee lauder double wear wich is a glass bottle and wich you cannot squeez the product out,I would say it is good because it is travel friendly and there is no problem getting the last bit of the product out by cutting the tube.
This foundation is pretty thick when you first get it off the tube and some people said that it can look caky, BUT, the key is to warm it up between your hands and then path it on your skin and either rub it with your finger or use a brush. I used to use a brush with it when I first started using it and I am more of a brush girl, but with this foundation, I find it gives a better finish when used with fingers. FLAWLESS finish! The first time I used it I was in vacation and I puted it on and my father, who never noticed anything concerning makeup and beauty products asked me if I did anything with my skin because he tought my skin looked better than usual. FUNNY! That is something that really made me think this was a good product in the first place but what made me love this product even more is the fact I don't break out from that foundation. My skin is rather sensitive and I often get redness but this covers redness without adding to it and it never gives me more pimple or blackheads.
This foundation really is one of the best out there and I definitly recommend it!

Very lightweight but at the same time very pigmented, full coverage foundation. You need such a small amount, which sounds like the most overused phrase, except this time it's actually true. My skin is combo, with a slightly oily t zone. On me, it lasts the whole day, sometimes the whole night too ( if I'm not in the condition to take it off before bed, but shhhhhhh! this doesn't happen often).
I set mine with Ben nye translucent powder which does not add color, only longevity.
I have shade 35, in Mac terms I am approx NW30. On me it's about an 85% perfect match. I say 85 because it's about 15% darker than my own skin tone but I definitely make up for it with the amount of bronzer I apply on top.So I'm content. 25 was too light. Very much recommend!

I bought this product to combat my acne which has reappeared with vengeance! I was a bit worried at first because it is so heavy I thought that everyone would notice that I caked it on over my problem areas, however you really only need the smallest amount! It works so well and i'm so pleased with it, I put it onto the back of my hand and then apply it with a Mac 217 brush to blend it in so that it leaves no harsh lines or obvious concealing. I also use the vichy dermablend stick foundation for those really stubborn spots for double coverage..literally only the tiniest bit! Its an amazing product if you have not tried anything else that helps, as its very full coverage.

Wow! This stuff is a godsend. I needed a foundation that had the coverage and blendability of this to cut down my routine and I'm so happy I found one. I use the Nude color and it's almost an exact match to my skin, and covers all dark marks with just a dab. The tube can be messy but it's okay for me. It should last a while at the rate I'm using it. Price is right for the quality. I dab it over a layer of Clinique BB cream that I use as a primer of sorts and it does not transfer. I may touch up after 6 hours or so. All in all a very good product, but those with very dry skin be aware because the pigment is rich and the coverage may make dryness look cakey.

I found out about this product reading glamourai blog, she says there that it gives photoshoplike skin, so i went to Boots and i bought this foundation in opal. WOW!!!
I am amazed and my roommate as well. You cant see that you wear a foundation, yet it produce velvetlike, perfect, flawless skin. I have dry skin, without acne or scars and i can says that it doesnt accentuate dryness, but brings me relief. I always put heavy cream underneath foundation, so i wont look cakey or patchy.
This is one of the best foundations i have ever used. I also like Lancome Photogenic Lumessence.

Although the lightest shade is too dark, I mix this with the lightest shade in Colorstay for the perfect coverage, texture, staying power & of course colour!
Great for covering up my acne scarring, does not break me out and has the desire "matte" look. Will definitely repurchase! I find myself not even using concealer after applying this. x continued >>

Looks a little cakey on my face... I have dry skin and large pores (fair complexion). 15 Opal is a very good match for NW-15/20, it is yellow based and colour blends in easily.
HOWever, once it dries and settles, it looks kinda caked on...maybe it's too matte for me. And it also makes my pores look very obvious. Coverage is pretty good.
Still looking for that perfect FULL coverage, dewy foundation....

What more needs be said? This is a great foundation, very versatile in uses: mixed with moisturizer for a sheer look, used straight for max coverage, buildable to cover all blemishes.....BUT the color choices? OY!
Damn Vichy! Why you no make in more colors? FOR REAL! 4 colors? Lord! Everyone will have to buy 2 or more to mix to match their shade. BAH HUMBUG.

This is definitely a full coverage foundation and works amazing. I have found that I need to use a brush with it..no matter what. It will not go on well at all if you try to use your fingers. I mix a lighter shade with the current one i purchased b/c i did not feel like returning it and had a sample of a lighter shade at home.I swear when I start to put this on it is like the foundation is magically erasing all of my red post acne scars. It also does not break me out which is a miracle in itself. The only negative thing that i can possibly say is that it does transfer easily to clothes if you do not set it with powder.

I wanted to like this product, as I have mild rosacea and like a full coverage foundation, but this just didn't work with my skin. It felt nice at first, and covered blemishes really well, but after a while it started feeling a bit sticky and tacky. I guess a powder foundation just works better with my skin.

DISCLAIMER: I'm Italian and I'm so sorry for my rusty English ;-)
In Italy this foundation is not so cheap: it costs more than 20 (and for that price I can buy Makeupforever, Kryolan or MAC)!
PROS:
*I love the all-in-one products: Dermablend is a nice concealer for my eyes and for my red nose ;-)
*I chose the right shade: NUDE is simply perfect for me!
*If you have a normal skin and you have to wear it just for few hours (maybe for a photoshooting or a video) is perfect!
CONS:
NO...I won't buy it again!!!
I'm not happy, really...I'm going to hate this product!
*I need no-transfer foundation...this Dermablend leaves so dirty:
horrible stains everywhere and oil on my glasses...no way!
*You have to fix it with a lot of powder...or spray!
*If you see your face at the mirror with the sunlight you can see that it doesn't cover a lot: it's not like a Kryolan Dermacolor for Camouflage!
*This foundation is not for sensitive skin at all (and not for everyday use):
When I bought it I tried it on the neck and has quickly become red!!!
But (silly me) I decided to try the same all over my face!
*The packaging is not handy...it leaks!
Now I have a terrible dermatitis...and maybe Dermablend is really guilty for that!
I can't put my makeup on my skin, I feel so bad...I'll use mineral makeup!!!
Don't waste your money!

Wow. I wish this was available in a shade that matched me. I saw 3 shades at CVS ($29.50 for 1.0 oz tube). Opal 15 was the fair-light shade with pink undertones; Sand 35 the light to medium & Gold 45 a deeper medium both had yellow undertones; but too dark for me. I'm a NW 20, Revlon CS Buff, L'oreal True Match W2 & IMO the Sand was about NW30 while the Gold an NW40 match. It was super blendable & gave exceptional coverage; a dab on my pinky covered the back of my hand & so long lasting that I had to pull out my hand sanitizer to scrub it off & try the other shades. I read that it came with SPF 20, oil-free, fragrance-free, 12 hrs wear & water resistant! All this along with the comfort of having testers, could well be worth the cost of paying its high end departmental price at the drugstore (so long you find a match). continued >>

I love this place! Thanks to MUA I've finally found a concealer for my dark circles and spots that doesn't budge trhoughout the day.
I've cp'ed this for a lovely MUA'er and bought one for myself too, out of curiosity. I'm always looking for a good concealer, one that stays on and covers undereye circles and blemishes. And I think I've found it.
So yes, I actually use this as a concealer. I don't use this as foundation, it's way too heavy for my prefenerences. I use this like Lisa Eldridge did in her videos, the reviewer below me has decribed it very accurately.
You can use this as sheer or as heavy as you want, I use a blending brush to get this on (just like Lisa) and that works great.
What I really love about this product, is the fact that you get a lot of product for your buck (30ml for 20), you only need very little at a time and the best part: it stays on all day! You have to be careful about applying, because once it's on, it's on. Everytime when I still have some product left on the back of my hands, I really need lots of soap and rubbing to get it off, so that says it all.
The colour range is not that great, luckily the opal shade (lightest availabe no 15) is just light enough for me. Although it looks a bit too dark, I can work with it very well. I'm NW15 in the winter and I can still pull this off, but I need some Touche Eclat afterwards to lighten up my eye area.
I would defintely buy this again

I have been suffering from adult acne since I was about 24 (I'm now 29) but tend to only have problem areas rather than issues with my whole face. I looked at this product in my local boots a few weeks ago but thought it felt very heavy so didn't really give it too much attention. That changed when I saw the fabulous Lisa Eldridge's tutorial for covering acne on YouTube. I prefer to use quite a light foundation as most of my skin is quite clear and blemish free, but where I get blemishes they tend to be pretty bad and leave hyperpigmentation that takes quite some time to fade.
This is where the miracle that is Vichy Dermablend comes in. As recommended in Lisa's tutorial video I used a light quite sheer foundation all over my face, I use Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua in B10 which is the lightest shade (I am NC15/C1 in MAC), I then used a soft blending/concealer brush and buffed the Vichy over blemished areas and patted onto the worst blemishes. I used shade 15-Opal which looked scarily dark when it came out of the tube but actually seems to be the perfect colour. You also only need a tiny dot, a little goes a long long way. I am completely impressed. The spots/scars/hyperpigmentation are completely covered with no red showing through and the dermablend doesn't feel or look heavy or cakey at all. I set very lightly with MAC Prep and Prime loose powder and then just carried on with my normal 'face'.
I am so impressed with the coverage (even my boyfriend noticed and said my skin looked better) and my skin doesn't feel irritated or suffocated. I will have to see how well it wears over time but for now it is my HG concealer.
Colour me impressed!!!

I bought this after seeing many great reviews in opal, but when I got home it was too light because of the lighting when I bought it but I hate to waste so I carried on using it anyway. Coverage is medium to full, very easy to get a cakey face so go easy on it. It emphasized my flakes without moisturiser, but after moisturising and primer it is okay. It does rub off easily but setting it (I use Almay) it's fine. Not a HG but if I buy it next time I'd get it in a slightly darker shade.
