This stuff is great. I don't usually care what mask or conditioner I use because my hair always ends up looking the same but this does make a difference. The version I have is a green container with a gold cap. I use it instead of a conditioner and it makes my hair so soft and so incredibly easy to detangle and it is so shiny and smooth once it dries completely. I have to mention my hair is straight/slightly wavy, very long and in quite good shape, my main problem is that it is pretty painful to comb through, even with a tangle teezer. Will definitely repurchase once I use up all the other shampoos/conditioners I have in my bathroom that I bought when I was trying to find a product like this. 5 lippies.

I have the German version of this (Garnier Fructis Oil Repair Tiefen-Aufbau Repair-Creme-Kur--what a mouthful!), and I love it. The hard water where I live was ruining my hair, causing it to become brittle and tangle up on itself. I couldn't get a comb through it without a lot of trouble and a lot of hair lost. A few times, I even had to hack out some rat's nests. Horrible. I found a shampoo and conditioner duo designed for hard water and saw some improvement, but the effects didn't last.

In desperation, I tried the shampoo (the creamy one) and conditioner from this line. I liked the shampoo, but the conditioner wasn't quite doing it for me, so I finally decided to get a tub of this. Let me just say that it is AMAZING. I use it every time I wash my hair and the results are fantastic. Not only does my hair not tangle up on itself anymore, but it actually looks pretty healthy and shiny.

As an added bonus, I don't go through it as quickly as I did the regular conditioner. I was going through a bottle every week and a half, and I was only washing my hair every other day as well! One tub of this lasts me at least three weeks. I should mention, though, that bottles of conditioner are smaller here than in the US. I just finished my second tub and have already repurchased a third time. I'll continue to do so as long as I live here and as long as it keeps working.

Edited to add one caveat I forgot to mention: This stuff does leave a heavy foamy filmy gunk on my shower floor. That I put up with having to scrub that off after every use is a testament to how well this stuff works for me.

This works really well for me! It always makes my hair soft and manageable, and I can use it repeatedly without my hair getting "tired" of it. It detangles well, smells good and its inexpensive. Couldn't ask for more!

I ran out of my kerastase masque and needed conditioning because i had been at the beach. My housemate gave me this masque for my hair, and to tell you the truth i cringed at the thought of using a product which was not kerastase!

However, I was pleased at the results of my hair (which is long, coloured). It does not make it feel glossy or smooth though - but the kerastase nutrition Masque Intense does not do that either, so you have to use a glossing serum after.

I loved how it actually has some natural and effective ingredients which do not leave them hair appearing oily.

Rewritting my review.

This mask is actually really great especially for under 10 dollars. ive been using this when ive been in need of a boost or when im not sure about the outcome of my other, more expensive treatments. leaves my hair soft hydrated and sleek. this is meant to be left in for 1 minute but the longer the better, right now i have it in my hair and it has been for the last hour! this is a really great buy, even better than quite a few salon brands

I don't know if this is the same as the melting mask or not, but I really liked it. Left my hair very soft and full of body. My hair just seemed to soak it up. I'm a big fan of the Garnier masks in general. My hair is not damaged, but it suffers a lot of abuse from being in the sun and from the elements. I leave the mask on for five minutes, then rinse, making sure to concentrate at the ends.

I used this along with the Shampoo & Conditioner and wow my hair is so soft and smooth. So easy to brush my hair. One of the best hair masks around. It almost compares with Masquintense by Kerastase which is my absolute all time fave.

I think this is the best of the Garnier masks. It helps to hydrate and smooth my long, fine, coloured, heat-styled hair without weighing it down. For the price (AUD10) it’s an excellent budget buy. Am onto my second pot already.
