    I love how this keeps my mascara from flaking and smearing. My only complaint is that it tends to make my lashes clump a little, but the benefits far outweigh this. Will definitely repurchase,...

    This product, Mascara Seal, came with the "Set and Stay" kit from QVC. The Mascara Seal is supposed to be worn over regular mascara to set it - turning any mascara into a truly waterproof formula....
