    I am a little iffy on this. It really has staying power if you use it on your lash line but seemed to fade very fast off my waterline. I would repurchase it again but not for my waterline.

    This is a good cheap eyeliner, it is really black and lines well, but it does smear and it gives you raccoon eyes after awhile unless you touch it up.

    I like this eyeliner a lot. But I wouldn't recommend it for use on the waterline, it came on clumpy and not so smoothly.. It is very soft though.
