Hmmm.. It's okay i guess. I do feel like my dark circles have been brightened up, and it does really refresh. But it doesn't moisturize at all! So I won't repurchase. But if you don't have dryness around the eye area, or perhaps have oily eyelids; this is probably the eyecream for you. I have already had this eyecream for about 5 months, and i still have, i'm guessing, 2 more months worth of product! That is amazing to me, seeing that most eyecreams i use run out real fast. And i had to use more of this, because it doesn't moisturize very well. So that's definitely a plus!

Nice eye cream. I registered the following effect: it brightens up skin, reduces puffiness and dark circles. Can't say much about the hydrating power since I am not suffering from dryness in the eye area.
It is a good choice for the price.

I bought this product hoping for something great for my eyes. I heard a lot about beauty flash so with an eye cream I thought GREAT. In reality.. I have dark circles under my eyes and it hasnt done anything to improve these. Im 26 and am already concerned with early signs or wrinkles and am already starting to see signs. I've gotta say this product hasnt improved these either. Overall I like Clarins and have used their products for years, but given the price I would rather pay for something even more expensive if it works.

I was hesitant to buy this cream because of its rating here n MUA. But I decided to give it a shot because the lady at the counter had been really nice and took time with me showing and testing products. Even though is not a WOW! Holy Grail eye cream, but is good, it helps reducing puffines, besides, I've noticed my concealer dosn't sit on my fine lines anymore.

I've used this product for almost four weeks. It is amazing for I do sense an obvious improvement to my undereye puffiness after three weeks. It just happened, one morning when I looked into the mirror. The puffiness was almost gone. So I love this product.
To apply it you need warm it between your fingers. So I think people who have a pair of warm hands have their advantage here.
But I feel it tends to be a little bit less moisturizing for winter, and I do feel that especially afternoons. So I guess I should buy also the eye gel of Clarins.
As to the promise of diminishing the appearance of dark circles, it perhaps needs more time to work.

After a very stressful period I started noticing dark circles under my eyes and a little bit of puffiness. At 33 my skin doesn't seem to bounce back as good from short nights as it used to and I was lookig for something to do all the tricks at once. I was already a Clarins convert and my skin always looks saintly fresh after a big night out, thanks to Beauty Flash Balm. So when I noticed there was one for eyes too, I decided to give it a try despite the price. It does a great job for me... It's easy to apply, easy to dose, it absorbs quickly and it gives the same result as the Beauty Flash Balm for face: tightened skin, a natural glow and a wide awake look.

My only con is the price. I think it's a bit pricey and there should be good dupes for a lower price. Despite that, Clarins is still one of the most underrated companies while their products are, in general, very good. Just because the packaging doesn't look very flashy, doesn't mean it doesn't work ;-)

I've only ever had samples of this "eye cream" but I've received so many and use this so intermittently that the samples have been sufficient. Clarins's own instructions say this is not an every day eye cream and is meant to be used at those times when your eyes need a bit of a "pick-me-up". I do find this to be an excellent product for those situations - after work, when I'm looking a bit less than "bright eyed", if I'm going out for the evening and I'm reapplying my "face", I will use this in place of my regular eye cream (also by Clarins) and it does seem to brighten up my eye area. The effects aren't magical or startling and maybe I'm just imagining them but I do find this is nice to revive my tired eyes and it also feels very fresh and soothing. I've also used this when I've been dog sick with a cold and my eyes are tearing, red and puffy and it does help sooth and make me look more human and ready to carry on with the day. I would happily repurchase when I run out of sample tubes!

UPDATE: I did, in fact, get a full sized tube of this eye cream (it came as a bonus with a purchase I made - if you bought 3 products - or maybe it was 4 - you got a full sized tube of this. I almost forgot I had it but I've used it twice this week after sleepless nights (I've had a cold that has kept me awake when all I really want to do is SLEEP) and it really has made a difference in how my under eye area looked the next day - a bit brighter and smoother. BUT....what people need to understand is that this is NOT AN EVERY DAY or EVERY NIGHT EYE CREAM (sorry for the caps but I think this is important) - it is meant to use for those times when you're especially in need of a "boost" to your looks - when you've had a rough night, not enough sleep, etc. It won't moisturize or help prevent lines or anything like that. It is just meant to be used now and again when you need that boost. Use another product for every day or every night care of the eye area because this product IS NOT MEANT AS ANYTHING MORE THAN A QUICKIE PICK-ME-UP sort of product (and it is great for that).

did not see the tightens and brightens result claimed on the tube..but it is perfect for day time use before apply sunscreen..won't irrating my sensitive eyes..it absord so quick and hydrating just the perfect amount for day time use. some of the eye gel did not have enough moisture and some of the eye cream are too oily for use in the day time
