It doesn t deliver any of those actions,,,
and my skin got irritated very quicky

Had hopes for this one, 2 years ago when I bought it but... haven't noticed one single thing from the 3 claims. My wrinkles were not even smoothed (and hey, I was only 26, I've got only some expression lines, not wrinkles actually), dark circles were right there as always and no change about them, as for bags I didn't have them int he first place. I've used this religiously 2 times per day but... nothing more than a light moisturizer. No other effects, nada!

I was hoping it can do something for me.... nothing I tell you!! I don't trust RoC anymore...

This product did nothing for my fine wrinkles or dark circle. It did nothing but irritated my delicate skin under eyes. It's very expensive for something that does nothing. I will never buy this again. Actually, I won't buy anything from RoC again.

After 3 months of usage, I see no noticeable difference in my under-eye circles although the fine lines are slightly reduced. It gave me milia too. So for the high price that it's retailed for and the mediocre results that it gave, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Lousy eye cream. This is the cheapest eye cream i've ever bought and the results?? BAD! It did nothing for my eye bags, dark circles, wrinkles..etc And worse still...the cream changes in colour and smell about a month after you open it. Also, the retinol content in the eye cream causes my skin to itch.

I am surprised by the bad review this eye cream got. I bought this expecting nothing at all. But I must say after 3 days of using this my fine lines around the eyes were gone. I am impressed so far. I am 24, I only have fine lines, no dark circles though, so I can't say if it help with those at all. I don't think this is for someone with deep wrinkles, but for fine lines I think it does what it's supposed to.
