I don't think this bar is exfoliating at all. It looked more than it felt. I'll stick to Dove's other beauty bars.

I use this as a body bar because it's a bit drying for my face. It doesn't exofoliate much but it does clean well and doesn't leave a residue. The smell is very nice and simple.

This is a nice bar, not sure how much it actually exfoliates, but it isn't too drying and doesn't seem to break me out. I think this is a much better deal than liquid body wash.
