    budgeproof u say? HELL NO! it smears and fades off through out the day. I've got oily lids and this just won't stay in place. Save ur money and plz skip this liner.

    This eyeliner is okay. It goes on decently, is fairly waterproof/smudgeproof, but it flakes! I don't seem to have much luck with pencil eyeliners, if anyone knows of any good ones let me know.
