    12 inches of pure heaven sounds like something way dirtier than it is...it's describing this delightful eye liner pencil!! Dirt cheap and excellent eyeliner, that's the way I like it!

    This is dirt cheap. I got it for 80 ents at a sale. Its okay, bit it's hard and doesn't sharpen well. If you don't mind this and like dry pencils, go for this.

    VERY soft product and goes on with ease. However, it isn't waterproof and I end up having to reapply it every 2 hours or so. One of the softest eyeliner pencils I've ever came across.
