Dash me a line eye pencil

Great pencil for doing the smoky eye look, it goes on so creamy and smooth. Doesn't pull at your lids at all!! Very easy to blend

I have this in black. It came as part of a set that I received as a gift. It goes on smoothly but smears on my lids after a while of wear. I like my drugstore liners better than this.
