I've been using this for a few years now and it's the first point of my daily skin care regime. It's a very good cleanser. It cleans off all your makeup, even eye makeup (it's safe to use around your eyes), and leaves my skin feeling really clean and fresh. All of Biotherm's products also smell really nice without a heavy perfume scent.
I have to note that I follow this cleanser with my proactiv 3- piece system and an 8% glycolic acid cream, so it's mainly my make-up remover and not used for clarifying my skin.

It is a good cleanser. I feel refresh after I use it. Love its smell,too. Will repurchase.

This is my daily cleanser. I really like the texture of this product. It lathers when rubbed on the face with a little bit of water. It removes most of my makeup but I find I still am taking some makeup off with my toner. This cleanser doesn't dry out my skin and a little bit of the product goes along way!

Its a so-so cleanser. Its non-foaming and gentle but is still drying (which I don't like it). It removes makeup adequately, but I use a bi-phase makeup remover anyway. Points for good packaging it is almost idiot-proof. I hate pumps and big round pouring bottles. This has a smaller nozzle so very little(yet enough) pours out. That I like. Other than aesthetics and non-offensive smell, I am not terribly excited about this one. Shame. I expected a lot more for the money thats all. Will be trying dermalogica ultracalming next and I'm definitely not settling for this mediocre yet overpriced stuff, no thanks.

This once works for me for a few years in high school. Now my skin changes, and it wont help me keep the breakout.

i think this product is good, cleanses good and leaves the skin feeling fresh, no irrations and i can use it daily without leaving the skin dried out .

I hate this. It is incredibly harsh and leaves my skin with red patches. It also dries out my skin really, really, really bad. It makes my face feel so tight afterwards. What a waste of money...

YES..I would buy this again. I tried the aquasource line for N/C skin and this is actually my fave amongst 3 product (cleanser, toner and moisturizer). It is quite foamy, but it doesn't dry out my skin. feels clean and fresh, doesn't break me out so far and you only need a teeny tiny bit amount to clean the whole face. I bought the travel size, just to try it out along with the toner and moisturizer. I wouldn't buy the other 2 product just for the fact that I don't really like the toner and I have bought the age fitness moisturizer (however, I can recommend aquasource moisturizer if you have N/C skin and you don't really care about anti aging stuff at this stage). But I WILL buy the cleanser again.

This was recommended to me as a cleanser for sensitive skin...well it does not bother my skin in that it reactsn to it, BUT it is not what it claims to be as it simply does not cleanse. My skin is prone to impurities and clogged pores and after a couple of days of using this product my skin got worse, although this cleanser should have helped with the problem. It does not cleanse very well, even when using it twice. It is very expensive for a cleanser that does nothing. If only I could find the receipt...then I would go and ask for my money back. This is my third time buying this product. I like it. It makes my skin feel clean. I actually just bought more today and it is now in a mouse form and does not run and waste any product. I gave it a three for packaging because its just a normal tube. As for the results it does help remove those pimples. I was lazy and stopped using it for a while and my skin started to breakout. I pair it with the toner and aquasource moisturizer. Overall...good, a little expensive (around 25-30), and isn't really harsh.

I tried this when my cousin bought it and i was curious as i've never try biotherm products before. Anyway, This tube looks pretty interesting to me, but the thing that i dislikes about this cleanser is when i open the cap, the gel comes out straight without stopping. And when i squeeze just abit, it comes out like a whole lot and it's really wasting. plus, a small pea size of it can really cleans the face really well, as it's rather foamy, okay, Very foamy. And after washing my hands, i can still feel the liquid feeling on my palms. But on my face, i think it did a pretty descent job at cleaning my face, and i feel that my face is really clean. but, with the slippery feeling on my face, i was a bit scared. However, overall, it's rather a good cleanser. Not a HG cleanser, but it's okay. With that price, i'd rather invest in a cleanser that really works hard.

For what I paid, this was not worth it. It was ok, but nothing special. I could've used a drugstore product for the same effect.

I have finish two tubes of this product. Like others, I wouldn't say you will get that "wow" factor after you have used this product. But what i found is that, this product doesn't make my skins feel dry after using it. esp. during winter, unlike EL's cleasing foam. The price is decent, even better if you buy it with their clarifying lotion when its on offer....
would be a good product for young skins with normal to combination.

This cleanser is good but I don't find it that impressive. It doesn't make my face taut or dry but I'd prefer it to be a bit richer. The price is very reasonable if compared to other brands and that's the reason why I might buy this again, unless I can find a better one with the same reasonable price.

the quality is quite good ... but it get used up quite quickly ... one tube could only last about 1 months for me ... even the price is not REALLY expensive ... yet .. it is easy to find many product at the same quality with a much lower price

This is a good all around cleanser. Nothing really bad about it... no obnoxious smell, no overdrying and no reaction. But there was nothing tremendous about this either. Overall.. pretty good! I would buy again.. if I cant find better at the same reasonable price.
