This product is absolutely essential to my daily routine when I have short, layered hair. I apply it on blow-dried, styled hair to add texture and shine and just tousle it right in for a piece-y, "undone" look to my hair. My hair is fine but thick and relatively normal, neither too dry or oily, Origumi holds the style and keeps my hair looking great all day. Note, this product has a VERY distinctive fragrance to it. I love it, it's an earthy scent and actually blends in well with the more exotic, spicy fragrances I wear on a regular basis like Bvlgari BLV. However, if you don't like fragrance to stick around on your hair all day, this might not be a good product for you! Also, I agree with the reviewer below too, it doesn't wear well overnight. By the next day I find myself needing to wash my hair or else it looks greasy. Since neither of the "downsides" bother me, I gave this an overall rating of 5 lippies. I took 1 lippies off the price rating because it is pretty expensive, $18 for only 3 oz but since you only need a little bit it lasts a super long time so that doesn't bother me too much either! I've been using the same tub for a few months now. Love Cibu Origumi!
I love this! When I have my hair cut shorter, I prefer a slightly messy look to it. This gives me just that while keeping it flexible. It has a smell that I can only describe as, "different". It contains a decent amount of oils that are awesome for hair, especially the ends where it takes the most damage. It also has some sort of sparkles in it that really make your hair shine without looking glittery. It's only downfall is that you can't sleep in it. By morning it just makes your hair look dirty and piece-y. For some that might be a plus, but it's generally not the look I go for. Overall I would repurchase it if I decide to go short again.
