I needed an all purpose drugstore body lotion for body, legs and hands that would not have alot of fragrance, synthetics or parabens. This is a lightweight water based lotion with glycerin, oils including coconut oil and oat flour. Its best to use as a hand lotion or during the summers because its not emollient or greasy. It actually dries to a satin smooth baby powder finish. The packaging has a sturdy pump with Pooh and Tigger on the front. The fragrance is called Powder Fresh and is the last on the list of ingredients list. Its not offensive and leaves a very subtle baby powder scent that lasts throughout the day.
